Just announced today , Record Producer , John Kurzweg will by mixing the newest album release from JN John Nickoloff entitled  " Get Out Of My Way " currently being produced by Billy Chapin and Matt McKeown . Kurzweg  is best known for his work with Creed but he's also produced other bands such as, Puddle of Mud , Jewel and most recently, Godsmack .

Adorable Natasha came to the makeup studio today for her engagement photoshoot makeup. She wanted dramatic, smokey eyes and her beautiful skin color can certainly enhance the look. I began with OCC's waterbased airbrush foundation in a combination of Y1 and Y2. Yaby's powder blush was used in several of the pink and coral colors. Highlight was placed at the tops of the cheek bones. Natasha wanted a very glam set of false lashes. Her eyes were lined with MUFE black aqua eyes liner. Shades of grays, blacks and silvers were used on Natasha's eyes along with whites to create a sultry, dramatic style. Keeping the lips more neautral was important so I used a combination from Yaby Cosmetics. I think her photo shoot will be fantastic today! 

Today, Bride, Meghan and her mom Susan came to the makeup studio for their trial consultations. Meghan wanted to stick with pinks and purples for her color palette. I began with OCC (Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics) using their water-based  airbrush foundation. Her blush was done using Yaby Cosmetics' powder blush in several pink/peach shades. For Meghan's eyes, I chose a combination of plums and pinks from Yaby Cosmetics using MUFE's (Make Up For Ever) black aqua liner. Red Cherry false lashes and black mascara topped off the look. I used Anastasia of Beverly Hills brow powder on Meghan's eyes to define her natural, light blonde eyebrows. I applied Becca's Watermelon lip tint and MUFE's aqua lip liner in a neutral pink on Meghan's lips following with a mix of Yaby's pinky lip colors topped with Face Atelier's lip gloss in Ice.

Today I had the pleasure of doing makeup for not one, but two beautiful brides. Teresa and Laura exchanged vows today at the Winterbourne Inn on the River. Both ladies wanted very natural makeup.

This question comes up quite often so I decided to give you my thoughts. Do I need a trial makeup consultation for my wedding? In one simple word, no . I realize there are some makeup artists out there who will not, for whatever reason, provide wedding day makeup for a bride without first having a consultation. I am not one of those artists. Perhaps it stems from working in the film and print industry (outside of bridal) where I have learned to hone my skills and listen to what the client wants. Whether it's a model, photographer or producer requesting a specific look, I am confident in my ability to provide exactly what they envision for their project. My clients are pleased and everyone walks away satisfied with the results. My years of experience working as a makeup artist in Florida has given me a long history of wedding day makeup for destination brides.
