I like Lush's Bubblegum Lip Scrub  or make your own lip scrub with sugar and honey. Use a soft washcloth and gentle circular motions to flake away dead skin from your lips. You'll want to add a touch of lip balm as a base. Try EMBRYOLISSE ™ Stick Protecteur Reparateur (Lips Protection Stick) Apply a lip liner to help color last longer. Line the entire lip and then fill in with color using your lip pencil. This will keep feathering to a minimum. Blot with a tissue.
