Brushed on lips before or after application of lipstick, the tingle means that Pout is at work - enhancing the lip’s natural color and shape. Then it’s your turn to work it!

To give the illusion of plump, pouty lips, select a lip pencil in a slightly deeper shade than your lip color and fill in just the outer corners of both the top and bottom lips. Then apply your lip color over the entire lip, top and bottom. Next, take a gold or silver powder eyeshadow and using a small concealer brush, apply just a bit of the shadow in the center of your lips. Blend it in slightly with the lip color to smooth the edges. Add a layer of clear or shimmery lip gloss and presto!! You'll have fabulous, luscious lips ready for kissing!

Red Apple Lipstick

I recently received the cutest makeup package in the mail. It was from Red Apple Lipstick . The items were wrapped in “apple” green tissue paper and placed inside a small burlap-style drawstring pouch. The products included full-size versions of a lipstick, lip gloss, lip liner pencil and a sample lipstick with disposable lip brush. I grabbed the lip pencil first. This was the R-evolution lip liner and the color was Nude. Just as the name implies, it’s the perfect shade to create a neutral lip. The pencil went on creamy, without tugging or stretching the lips and the color stayed true to form. With a matte finish, it creates the perfect daytime finish.
